Refund Policy

A refund will be provided if a cancellation is requested in writing within 14 calendar days from the start of the session. There will be a $35 administration fee applied on all refunds. No other refund will be considered except for medical reasons.

A refund will be provided to a STARSkater if a cancellation is requested in writing within 14 calendar days from the start of the session. A refund request is subject to a $35 administration fee plus 10% of ice fees. No other refund will be considered except for medical reasons.

The $50 winter session deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable.

A $20 fee will be charged for each cheque returned for non-sufficient funds.

Any person having issued 2 or more returned cheques to CPACC must make all subsequent payments to the club by cash, certified cheques, money order or bank draft.

If an invoice is overdue by three weeks, the skater will not be allowed on the ice until payment is made in full.

Registration fees take into consideration sessions that might be cancelled during the season.

Our programs will only be offered if sufficient registration is received.
